Some Things You Should Know About Zoe:


1. i'm a regular mom - i have three daughters, the "three sisters." they are 9, 6 & 3 and each so different. they keep me really busy!
2. my husband is hilariously-funny and a really good dancer. he can break dance like no other.
3. i live just north of san diego, california in a funky little beach town.

6. i always wear my hair in a ponytail. even my kids think i look "weird" when i wear my hair down.
7. i'm a well disguised "type-a" person. you would never know it just looking at me.
8. if i had to wear the same thing every day, i would wear my jean's, my green army jacket and my flip flops. and of course, a ton of jewelry.
9. i am a music freak and am constantly searching for new artists. my favorite musician to stamp jewelry to is jack white.
10. i have a personal vendetta against cancer - i've had it twice and lost my amazing mom to cancer when she was only 56. ironically, these experiences have changed the course of my life.

everyone does things with their own flair and style – sometimes i have to remind myself that my girls’ individuality and uniqueness is a GOOD thing.  i can get frustrated and when everyone is home for summer vacation and spending LOTS and LOTS of time together… well those unique traits can really stand out (to put it politely)!   so yes – do it your way, with our own style.  my girls sure do -  even while swinging!  and i must remind myself to breathe and embrace those three little individual personalities.

    I can so relate to the unique individual traits & getting frustrated…I appreciate this blog today as it helps me enjoy those moments that much more with my 3 girls. I am feeling a little sad as my little angels will all be in school full time for the first time in 2 more days!

    yes, it can surely be challenging! my girls all have strong personalities and it’s a juggling act to help them stay strong and independent but be considerate and compassionate. i’m exhausted by the end of each day! your world will be very different in two days….
