		<description>yes!  fried flowers are the same as squash blossoms!  I saw a recipe that calls for ricotta too.  maybe i will try that one instead.  i love, love ricotta!</description>

Never heard of stone fruit....but my dad used to make &quot;fried flowers&quot; - stuffed with ricotta inside and just a light egg wash &amp; seasoned flour outside..mmmmmmmmm. Very italian.</description>
